Privacy Policy

Hanmac Shorts Maker ("HSM", "we", "our") is a private content-production and YouTube channel-management tool.
1. Google and YouTube Data We Access
When an authorized channel is connected through Google OAuth, HSM may access Google and YouTube data necessary to provide its channel-management functions, including:
- YouTube channel identity and metadata;
- video metadata and publication status;
- video and channel statistics;
- YouTube Analytics data, including views and subscriber-related metrics;
- authorization information necessary to access the connected YouTube channel.
HSM may also use authorized YouTube API scopes to upload, schedule, manage, and read information about videos on channels controlled by the owner.
2. How We Use Google User Data
Google and YouTube data is used only to provide HSM's user-facing functionality, including:
- uploading and scheduling videos;
- confirming publication status;
- displaying channel and video statistics;
- comparing performance across authorized channels;
- displaying YouTube Analytics information;
- detecting operational issues with authorized channels.
Google user data is not used for advertising.
3. Storage
Authorization credentials and operational data are stored securely for the purpose of operating HSM.
HSM may cache YouTube channel, video, and analytics data to reduce unnecessary API requests and to display recent operational and performance information.
Stored data is limited to what is reasonably necessary for these functions.
4. Sharing
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or protect the security and integrity of HSM.
5. AI and Model Training
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
HSM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Revoking Access and Deletion
Access to a connected Google account may be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page.
After authorization is revoked, HSM will no longer be able to access new Google or YouTube data for that account.

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect authorization credentials and stored data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when HSM's functionality or data practices change. The current version will be published at this URL.
