Hanmac Shorts Maker ("HSM") is a private content-production and YouTube channel-management tool.
1. Purpose
HSM is used to manage authorized YouTube channels, including content preparation, uploading, scheduling, publication monitoring, statistics, and analytics.
2. Authorized Use
HSM may only access or manage YouTube channels for which valid authorization has been granted through Google OAuth.
Users must have the necessary rights and authority to manage any connected channel and its content.
3. YouTube and Google Services
HSM uses Google and YouTube APIs.
Use of YouTube through HSM remains subject to applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies, and restrictions.
4. Availability
HSM is provided on an as-available basis.
No guarantee is made that the service will operate without interruption, delay, API limitations, or third-party service outages.
5. Responsibility
The user remains responsible for:
- the content uploaded through HSM;
- compliance with YouTube policies;
- the accuracy and legality of uploaded content;
- management of connected Google accounts and YouTube channels.
6. Privacy
Use of Google and YouTube data is described in the HSM Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated as HSM changes. The current version will be published at this URL.
